i'm a night shift CNA so getting myself back on a normal sleep schedule is so tough. with this stuff, however, i sleep peacefully all night!! 30 minutes and i'm out like a light. fair warning though, the bottle is plastic and the dropper is like a straw (doesn't narrow at the end like other droppers) so it only fills to .75mL and i usually have to go back in for the other .25. the citrus vanilla flavor is subtle, but still tastes good, and i don't find myself needing to chug water to get the taste out of my mouth. it's cheap and works well, i will definitely order this again when i need it.

...i stumbled upon this. it knocks me out after 30 minutes and i freaking love that i don't feel groggy after it. No gummy or pill has worked as well as this one. i'm on my second bottle now!

This product can improve the sleep cycle if used with diligence. I put four drops in an ounce of water before bed.

This brand of liquid melatonin works wonderfully. I have severe insomnia and am on three different sleep medications. Adding 2 droppers (6 mg) of liquid melatonin really helps on those nights I just can’t get sleepy soon enough. I take it sublingually (under the tongue) so it absorbs faster and am tired within 30 min. Combined with magnesium glycinate and I’m really sleepy. I don’t mind the vanilla flavor, it’s pleasant. My only complaint is that it’s very sweet but otherwise this is a great high quality melatonin that works fast since your body doesn’t have to break down all those binders and fillers you’d get with a pill version. As someone who hates taking pills, this is a wonderful way to get my melatonin without the bother.

I like this product very much. Ivebought a few bottle, need to order another one. Love the flavor. I like very much that I can control how much I feel I need. Personally, i pour this product into a small spray bottle, and use 2 to 3 sprays. I sleep well, and dont wake up grogged out. Highly reccommend

Well...hugely disappointed that this is not only a plastic bottle (blue for extra toxicity..) but even the dropper is plastic. We dumped it into the empty glass one we had from Whole Foods. Irritating and certainly ironic it's called Life Extension. Don't think so.

Our family had used sublingual cherry melatonin for years (decades?) and loved it, but I insisted on splitting the tablets, even though they were only 1 mg., because I want each person to be on the lowest dose possible and only take it when they need it so they don't build up resistance (yes, thats a real thing despite what your doctor may have told you. There are studies showing that your body will build up a resistance and that too much artificial melatonin isn't a good thing--please research it if you are interested in finding out more.)So, I was thrilled to find liquid melatonin so that we can each take just a drop or two if needed (and more on other nights when more is needed) but I can make sure everyone is taking as little as possible to optimize their sleep.Pros:Easy to swallow for elderly and childrenEasy to dose since you can administer it by the dropHelps cut down on melatonin resistance by providing lower dosageWorks great for my familyWe love the tasteCons:Anything artificial you put in your body is not as good as what it can produce by itself, so if you can use natural folate from food and sunlight to produce your own melatonin, that will always be better than any product you can buy. The media could not be loaded. I love that this works fast and easy. For myself, I take 3-5 drops and for my kids I give them one single drop. I only use this if my kids’ sleep schedule is completely out of whack and we need to get back on track (maybe once a month if that)My kids love the taste! Many people complain about the taste but I don’t mind it either. Just tastes like sweet vanilla to me.Our whole family loves it and a bottle has lasted us over a year!
