Q: it says to chew 1 piece for 5 min. what happens if you exceed and chew over 5 min like say 30min.?

I regularly chew it for long amounts of time, but after 5 minutes most, if not all of the available caffeine will have been absorbed.

Q: Can't find expiration date anywhere.

The expiration date is located on each individual pack along with the tray itself. The shelf life is 4 years. Thanks, M.E.G

Q: How long does the energy last and is there a crash?

When I first started using it it would keep me awake and alert for up to 5 hours, so don't take it if you're planning to go to bed in the next two or three. As the months went by to now it only works on me for about half that time as I got used to it. I've not noticed a crash, but usually when I take this stuff I was sleepy to begin with, so I think my being sleepy when it wears off is just my returning to normal state. For best results eat a good-sized meal or at least a snack and wait about 10 minutes after you're done before you start using the gum. If you chew it on an empty stomach it makes you being hungry more noticeable.

Q: Will it stain your teeth?

No. Never stained my teeth or anything else. I love this gum though I usuall mix it with peppermint ice cube gum too.
