Does not work.
I only wanted a second phone to do some colouring or find it games, free up my regular phone, it says update Google Play before you can get apps, but you can't use Google Play to update it. Total waste of money, rubbish phone.

Prompt delivery and stylish design
A prompt delivery, well designed stylish phone, easy to setup with WI-FI, etc, although the battery life could be improved. The sellers aftercare sales service is excellent.

Very slow wifi internet
HiI just received the phone, and set it up with my wiFi password etc to give it a try before going any further. The internet is so slow, takes for ever regardless of what app I am on. I placed my older Galaxy next to it and only had its wifi on (connected to same wifi) . It was running a lot faster and its an old Galay mini 4 , also tried other phones in the house, iphone etc, and these were fast too (all only on wiFi). I even pressed forgot wifi and reentered the settings , but still the same. The signal on all phones were full strength, so no issue there. A big disappointment , will give it another check, then will send back for a refund if still the same.

no satisfaction
ordered this phone on the 29/3/21 came on the 30/3/21 phone looked nice work well until got up on the morning of the 8/5/21 phone was dead nothing and it was still under warranty I then contacted the seller about this matter and got an email from amazon saying don't contact the seller , now I always thought when you buy any item from a shop and the item breaks down first thing anybody would do is contact the seller . now I myself have sort this mess out no thanks to this seller . this seller is a no no .
