Brilliant probiotics
After having been suffering with many digestive issues & intolerances, a friend suggested getting probiotics. The ones she recommended were very expensive.After doing some research and looked at many options I went for these as they have a balanced count & strains recommended by experts.I am so impressed as everyday I’m feeling better and better. Milk tested and these work!
Buy this!I have milk tested many probiotics ( to see if it reacted like kefir) and this is the only one that I have found that does.So, if you need to keep a healthy gut e.g. after taking antibiotics either short or long term, or if you suffer with IBS or other stomach problems and you have found that other labelled probiotics have not worked, try these.I cannot guarantee anything as I am not any sort of medical practitioner, but it's worth a try.It might also be more convenient than preparing kefir!

Great post antibiotics
Bought these after an extended period of strong antibiotics caused chronic stomach problems. Within days of starting to take them, my stomach is less windy and much more settled, making life less painful and more pleasurable. This improvement is currently ongoing and I will therefore continue taking them for some time yet.

Ibs related to mast call activation syndrome .
Lactobacillus bulgarias and casei are known to highten histamine..so this product no good for ibs related to mast cell abnormalities .In my opinion .

INGREDIENTS CHANGED!!
Formula has been changed, the listing is false advertising. The more expensive strains that were previously at the top of the ingredient list have been quietly replaced by cheap lactobacillus acidophilus. The amounts are not listed, usually probiotics that do this are attempting to conceal the fact that 95% of the product is cheap acidophilus when the other strains only make up a useless fraction of the ingredients. Disappointed and unfortunately this item is not eligible for return. Not recommended, this product is cheap for a reason
