Great Espresso Machine Cleaner
Works terrific with our Breville Bambino Plus. Much cheaper than the Breville labelled cleaner and works just as well.

Versatile and Effective Cleaning Tablets
I've been using the Urnex Cafiza Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The compact packaging makes it easy to store, and I love that the tablets don't take up much space in my kitchen. These tablets are incredibly effective at cleaning my espresso machine, leaving it spotless after every use. But what sets them apart is their versatility. I've also used these tablets to clean bottles and mugs with great success. They dissolve easily and thoroughly clean hard-to-reach areas, making my drinkware look brand new.The tablet form is extremely convenient and user-friendly, eliminating the mess and hassle often associated with powders. I simply drop a tablet into the water reservoir or bottle, let it work its magic, and rinse. It's that easy!Overall, I highly recommend these cleaning tablets over the powder option. They deliver excellent results, are easy to use, and have multiple applications beyond just espresso machines. Five stars!

Works great on hard water minerals
Our city’s water took its toll on our espresso maker until I discovered Cafiza. We were barely getting a trickle of water through the group head. I hoped that using filtered water and cleaning with a brush would make a difference, but the buildup of minerals was terrible.I’m happy to say Cafiza tablets restored the machine to its original flow! It loosened up and dissolved the hard water residues effectively.

it is working like new. I then decided to try it on ...
I purchased these to clean our Keurig 2.0 K475, that had quit working properly. I dissolved two tablets in warm water the added it to the water tank and filled it to the point where it would pull the water through. After I was sure the solution was in the tubing I unplugged the machine and let it set for about an hour. I have a reusable carafe filter that I use for cleaning so I put it in and ran the rest of the solution through. I then ran three more tanks of fresh water thou it, then I cleaned the needles as directed by Keurig. I could not believe how this cleaned the Keurig, it is working like new. I then decided to try it on my saeco primea ring cappuccino automatic espresso machine. My machine didn’t need descaling but it has a coffee cleaning cycle so I ran this through just like I had in the Keurig. After the liquid was running though I paused the machine and let it set for an hour then started it again and watched all the dark water coming through I ran two cleaning cycles and then two more with just water at this point it was running clear and clean. This stuff is great and inexpensive enough to be able to use weekly to avoid any problems.

Good
I bought these tablets to replace the ones that came with a possible machine. I can't say that they are any different. They work well, they do their job.

We use these in restaurants and I bought them for my Breville at home.
So these last forever, as most people don't have to clean their machine as much as a restaurant does. I worked at an Italian restaurant and this is what we used to clean our espresso machine, you can also get the lose powder and sprinkle and soak coffee pots. I HIGHLY recommend as it removes the need to do any scrubbing (as long as you keep up with it routinely) BUT even if you have a commercial coffee pot that hasn't been cleaned in forever add some of this stuff in with HOT water and let sit for about 15-20 minutes, I guarantee when you come back a simple wipe and thorough wash is pretty much all you will need. For commercial coffee machines that make the difference in taste in your coffee in your restaurant. If you are reading this review and you ARE a restaurant I implore you to PLEASE PLEASE, make it a CONSISTENT habit to actually cleaning your coffee pots, there is NOTHING worse than tasting burnt old coffee after I have paid for a really good meal. As a customer I promise you if this happens I will NEVER come back.Off of my soap box and back to product review. As I mentioned these tablets for use to clean your espresso machine do an excellent job of breaking down residue which easily leads to clogs and malfunctions. If you have a Dual wall filter and are having problems. Here is a tip.1) Run a clean on the machine like you normally do using the rubber insert for backwashing/ cleaning.2) take a 2nd tablet and run it through the dual wall filter and let it sit then run more hot water through again. If this STILL doesn't work boil some water in a small pot and add your dual wall filter and another tablet. If you keep up with it regularly, you shouldn't have to worry about it. If you don't, buy a new filter and remember to do the above steps whenever you clean your machine.Long story short, these are a must if you own an espresso machine.
