The block of the charger is larger than I expected, so it definitely stands out on whatever wall it is plugged into, so I removed a star. However, it works as expected.

Loved the idea of a charging brick with usb-a and usb-c ports AND a retractable usb-c cable. This idea is perfect for traveling so you don't need to bring a brick and cable, it's all in 1 and the calbe retracts making it more compact so there isn't another cable tangled up in your bag. The only downside is the cable is not very long, only almost 3 feet. This is barely long enough to go from the wall outlet to a nightstand so you wouldn't be able to pick up your phone to look at it or use it while plugged in. If the cord was longer this would be perfect.

These are amazing. My parents came to visit and took it from me because they liked it so much. I figured it was easier to just order another one than have to explain to them the exact product to get because this is the best one.

This charges SO quickly, couldn’t live without it in our kitchen.

I'd only unspooled and spooled (retracted) the lightning cable 3 or 4 times since the charger arrived. Then the spool started jamming while completely retracted. This was especially weird since invariably, retractable mechanisms tend to jam while out, the sprocket not releasing to retract the wire. I whacked the thing on the side with the heel of my hand a few times, and gently worked the cable in and out on the inch of slack I had. Nothing was working. Finally I banged it on the table a couple times and was able to unspool and respool the cable a few times correctly.Since this is clearly made to be a compact travel charger, having the lightning cable jam up when it's the only cable you have for your phone is kind of a deal killer.

This 3-in-1 retractable wall charger is a clever and compact charging device. The built-in cable with both USB-C and Lightning tip in one saves me from carrying extras, and the 40W fast charging handles Mac mouse and keyboard and Galaxy phone effortlessly. I like how it retracts neatly—perfect for travel or keeping my desk uncluttered. With both PD and QC ports, it’s powerful, versatile, and super convenient!

This charger brick is a bit larger than some others, but with the retractable usb-c cable, it works well to fulfill a purpose, and that is why I bought it for my wife. My wife likes her charging accessories to be easily packable when traveling and disliked carrying her phone/apple watch magsafe charging stand, a plug, and a usb c cable. This item at least combined the plug and the charging cable into one item and it works as advertised.Just note that it is a 20W max charger (to output to a single usb-c device) as stated and is perfect for charging a phone or an apple watch at a fast rate but I would not use it for charging anything more demanding, i.e. an external battery back or a multi-port charging dock.Overall this charger works as advertised and functions well. Reason for one star off is that just for the size of the charger I wish this was at least a 40-45W charger, that would make it really perfect for its intended purpose as it would charge more devices at their maximum wattage.
