Looks great and locks well
A bit fiddly to fit but worth it

Not fit for purpose
Do not purchase this product.The pin that holds the arm to the stay falls out and the arm falls off when window is open.. I'm waiting for supplier to contact me...

fixing issues
Product is a little flimsy compared with more expensive alternatives but looks fine and does the job. My main issue is with the fixing. There is a convenient template provided with all screw holes marked for easy alignment. Unfortunately, the template size did not match the stay size so I had to resort to measurement and a little trial and error by which time the window frame was beginning to look like a piece of swiss cheese.With more accuracy, the product would have had 4 stars

I came on time and was happy with my purchase.

Flimsy and poorly made
It's impossible to recommend a product that doesn't even survive the installation process. The metal nib that secures the stay to the catch on the window frame broke during installation rendering the device useless. As this is a very insubstantial piece of metal, it is quite ludicrous that it is also critical to the locking mechanism.My advice: look elsewhere for something much more substantial and better made.
