Excellent fitness watch with many features
Have had mine for 3 1/2 years, has been great, accurate & durable. The replacement band kit is 9.99 which is really handy to have after a couple years. Sleep tracking is very accurate. Recommended

Arrived without a box - it's a gift!
Disappointed about how it arrived - without a box. This is a gift and does not look presentable.

Not worth the money
It worked for 3 weeks then started malfunctioning and blinking nonstop even after a reset. I feel like the surge is a bad product because it seems that after reading the community feeds on fitbit via their website there have been so many problems with this product and glitches with the software. I will not be purchasing the surge again. I will most likely be trying something with better software design and more durable.
