These series of dance videos are hilarious, relatively easy to follow, and fun. Leandro is very positive and I think you would have a hard time not smiling back at him on the tv. The workouts are geared for your rear end, however, you get a pretty good workout all around. I am incredibly clumsy and rather uncoordinated, I love to dance, but I know I don't look great doing it. These videos are easy to follow and you learn the steps before they put them together. Even doing the videos for several weeks, I still enjoy the step lessons before getting into the full routines, because it is just so fun. You can see one of these on YouTube, but I like having the videos, more options, and longer routines. This a great series of discs, the workouts are lively and fun, if you enjoy dancing, this will lift you up and have you in a great mood when you are done. If you look at your workout like a present, it never feels like work.

Good workout. Some things I don't do to save my knee the trouble but I do reg squats in place of things I don't feel comfortable doing so I'm still getting the workout

Only one cd was in good condition, the rest were scratched at least glad they weren’t that scratched up. Only skips in total with both five times. I read a review saying one cd was so scratched up it doesn’t play. I’ve had this set before so I already knew the workouts are worth the buck just wish I could buy it the old way that way I at least knew for sure the quality of the cds would be in top shape. Obviously If your beginning to workout these workouts are gonna be hard. They’re fast pace but even then you don’t have to go as fast as they do. Doesn’t make sense when people leave bad reviews just bc they thought the workout was too hard.

My wife was always complaining about the shape of her butt AND she was working on it with various routines...I bought her this as a new routine and her results are amazing! Butt looks better that before we got married 25 years ago.Yummy.
