OK, so I didn’t think I was going to have any noticeable benefit from this for a while. Instead, instant energy. I don’t recommend taking this in the evening - I have done this and I had trouble sleeping. I looked on the bottle to see if there was caffeine added to this. I noticed a boost to my energy and mood within minutes. I notice the same with caffeine and my body tends to be very sensitive. But this is a different kind of energy and mental clarity. All very positive. Couple of things I noticed too, my tummy doesn’t feel the greatest when taking it on an empty stomach. Though I do like the benefit of taking it in the morning so I think I will tolerate the low grade discomfort. It’s like taking a vitamin on an empty stomach. But not quite as severe. The benefit seems to outweigh the mild discomfort that really is very momentary. I noticed a reduced craving for carbs. More satiety in the late morning when I usually start to become ravenous as I am intermittent fasting. All in all, more benefits than I expected from the start. It’s expensive, so I’m glad it’s working, but then now I feel like darn it, almost didn’t want it to work because it’s costly 😂. I have the mango flavor. It’s just OK. I wouldn’t say it’s yummy. Some people really rave about the taste. I didn’t expect it to be delicious. And it isn’t. But it is doable. I will try the mango/pineapple next time. I don’t love that the price is different for different flavors. I don’t think that’s ethical. All in all, something very good is happening here. And I will keep taking it to see if the benefits are really worth the cost long-term. But short term, I already see some true benefits.

I absolutely love this Sea Moss, I chose strawberry which to me has a great flavor and texture, and I usually take 2 to 3 tablespoons alone. I will be running out soon, but I will be definitely putting this in my cart for my next order. Hopefully in the future, they will have bigger jars as I would be all in ! This stuff is amazing! I can honestly say taking it consistently I’ve noticed I get sick less often. That was my biggest plus. I also noticed I have a little more energy in the mornings. The texture is a cross between thick pudding and jello. The flavor was nice and light. Not too sweet. It’s on the pricier side but worth it for your health. I take one tbsp every morning along with a probiotic yogurt and I’ve felt the best I have in a while. I’ve used 3 bottles up and I plan to repurchase. Highly recommend.

Not the greatest taste but has really great benefits. I’ll definitely be trying the mango and pineapple next. It has the worse long lasting aftertaste. I got my jar yesterday so I tried it at the end of the day which probably wasn’t a good idea since I was really restless last night however I felt great with good energy & not fatigued like I normally am. Definitely will be my morning routine! Just a side note that if it’s your first time trying this it’s recommended to do a teaspoon first so your body can get used to all the vitamins & minerals. Then you can start to do the 1 to 2 tablespoons a day. I’ve only done a teaspoon & this morning I don’t feel as bloated as I usually am and don’t feel tired either!

I initially bought one jar, loved it so much that I decided to buy the 5 pack which took about a week to get it shipped, which was totally fine, and they were communicative. They included some gummies which I was a pleasantly surprised. It will definitely come in handy for when I am traveling, I will be buying more from this seller.

Everything was wrapped and packed beautifully my order sat on my porch for a while because I didn’t know it had been delivered but the bubble wrap kept it nice and cool I placed it in my fridge and I was surprised by how delicious this sea moss is great highly recommend true sea moss

I’m really glad I didn’t give up on this product! The first flavor I tried was blue spirulina and it was terrible, so I returned it. But after reading about all the health benefits, I decided to give it another shot with a different flavor.This time, I went with mango and pineapple, and it was much better! I wouldn't go so far as to say it's super delicious —it still has that thick, gunky texture I don’t love— but it’s totally bearable, and I'm in it for the health benefits.One tip: chill it first. Other reviewers said it tastes better cold, and they were right! Don't take it at room temperature—it's way more palatable straight from the fridge.
