Hipoglos 4.7 Oz (135g) Baby Diaper Rash Cream and Dry Skin Protectant

It’s the exact recipe as the Desitin Ointment of my childhood. I have no idea why they stopped making it in the United States; and, you can now only get it in Brazil or Chile, as far as I know. Imported into the US, it’s crazily expensive, but absolutely worth it.

I know Hipoglos ointment pretty well. The product is excellent. I make an excellent facial cream with it. So my review is about UPS delivery. The seller quickly answered.They said the UPS decided for some reason that where I live was not safe to deliver, taking the package to an auto parts store. I went there once, but the package wasn't there. The seller asked me to come back there again. I got angry and told him or her that whoever resolved it with his deliver career. I just wanted my money back. Ten days later I received my money back.

I use it as a night cream mixed with another moisturizer and oil. So far I use it once or twice a week. I have mature skin and this is part of my skin care. Very regenerating but you only need a pea size at a time to spread a thin layer on face, neck and upper chest. I sleep with it and remove it with cleansing oil and mild neutral soap in the morning.

The product arrived already with a one-year expiration date passed. Because I don’t use much of it and it comes in three, I will not be able to use it all until it expires. I will have to throw it away. Also, it is smelling really weird and different from what it used to be. I am not sure if there are any problems with it.

I love hipoglos, my mom is from Brazil and swore by this diaper cream. It cleared up everything from little scratches, dry patches and any sign of a diaper rash cleared within a day after using! I can’t say enough great things.
