Effective for immune system
worked really well for my immune system. I took for Lymes disease as I read online that it helped. It did the trick, along with Allicin Max. No longer have Lymes disease. I continue to take when I need it for immune support.

Not good for me
Only used for two days, chronic heart palpitations, had to go to medical practice, even the doctor was concerned, so, not any good for me and NOT returnable so going in the bin.Obviously won't recommend these.

Absolutely brilliant, dried my shingles up within a couple of days of taking it and my arthritis pain in my knee and shoulder eased that very first night. Had no adverse reactions and slept very well. Stopped taking after 5 days as don't want my body getting used to it so it reacts just as good to the next virus I get. Would definitely recommend
