Great bit of kit
As per usual from APC, a great product. We are using this mainly to stop mains fluctuations and minor power cuts.You can add additional batteries to keep the power up for longer periods of time.

Product works, but missing serial numbers
The UPS appears to work, but they forgot to stick on the QR code sticker with the product ID and the serial number, so can't register it or connect to it. Now trying to contact customer support to get the information. Fail.
