I have tried a few different iron supplements that are supposed to be gentle on the digestive system and they were not. I have been taking these for about two weeks and so far, no side effects. Other formulations, I would know by now if it wasn’t going to agree with me. I’ve ordered two more boxes since I need to get my ferritin up.

These iron capsules have been really helpful for me. They are formulated the same way another iron capsule I usually use are formulated, and that helps with keeping me from getting issues with my digestive system. The packaging: each of the iron capsules has its own little foil wrapping which seems excessive to me. I ended up, popping them all out and just putting them in an old iron supplement bottle I have. The directions say not to use more than one a day, but my doctor told me to go ahead and use two because of my particular issues with iron absorption. Definitely don’t use more than one unless given that direction by your doctor. The size is not too big and they’re easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any particular taste, or smell to the capsules. All in all these seem like a really good iron supplement, and my only concern would be the price.

I really like how well this supplement works. It takes a few days to notice a difference. It helps with mood, energy, and sleep. They are very easy to swallow. Great value for the money.
