A little small but I like the shape and firmness so I’ll be keeping this one

stressful days often result in neck pain. i already ordered a neck massager from amazon and thought it would also help to get a neck pillow, to be used after massage. the 'Bespilow Patented Dual-Layer Cervical Neck Roll Pillow – Massage Nub Top + Firm Memory Foam Base, Ergonomic Support,Cooling Breathable Case – Relieves Neck Pain from Office, Travel & Poor Posture' is well-made and comfortable to use. the cover material is very soft and does not make my neck overheat. what surprised me was the smell. usually vacuum-packed items come smelling of nasty chemicals and often take days to get rid of their smell. i am very sensitive to smells, because of allergies. this little pillow somehow has a soft, non-irritating smell. not sure what that is and how long this nice smell will last. the shape of his pillow is interesting too. it is half-moon on 1 side and rather flat on the other side, which makes it secure on a bed or a sofa. the cover is 2-colored - red and black. it has a zipper, so can be removed for washing. the zipper is very thin, so one would need to be careful when removing the cover and putting it back. overall, this is a thoughtfully designed pillow for $26. a gift for oneself or loved ones. recommended.

The chemical smell sticks around for a while after opening but it’s comfortable and has helped relieve neck pain.

When ordering this neck roll pillow, i was hoping to get more pressure from the massage nubs. In reality, it feels a bit too soft to have any impact on the pressure point in the neck. But!… it is incredibly comfortable. I think it can make a wonderful emergency pillow or travel pillow. It is so small and yet it just cradles the head perfectly. It is soft and yet offers some resistance due to its memory foam feature. I love it so much even though I don’t quite know what I am going to use it for.You can rest on it with your neck and that just creates a very nice relaxation effect for the neck, or you can rest on it with your head like you would sleep on any regular pillow, and it will support you very well. I love its C shape that creates the winged edges for the head stability.

This pillow feels magnificent for a tired, sore neck. It's more cushiony and pliable than I was expecting. For that reason I hope it will hold up over the long term.The "massage" part is those little bumps you can see on the black side. I'm not really sure those make much of a difference, nor a massage. But the support of the pillow still feels great!Another cool thing about the pillow is that the cover feels silky smooth and soft. Very pleasant to touch. It also seems to wick away moisture and heat, creating a deeper relaxation. You can see in one of the pictures I've posted that one side has a zipper which is great for removing the cover and throwing it in the wash.Overall, this is a great pillow for relaxing the body and soothing the neck.

While this pillow works just fine as intended, I've found an unexpected additional use for it that I love even more! By placing my chin on it, taking power naps at my desk is much more comfortable and doesn't result in a stiff neck.

very good and comfortable

First the good. The pillow is compact and well made. I appreciate the flat bottom so the pillow does not roll around like a neck roll does. I like how the indent in the front cradles your neck without feeling constricting. Now my suggestions for improvement. While compact it is a a little too small to provide proper neck support in a chair like a recliner that has a big overstuffed headrest. It works best against a flat surface like a bed. The nylon sports jersey material is attractive but it’s very slippery. Also since it only comes in black and red it kind of annoys my husband that it looks like the jersey of another NFL Team instead of his beloved Eagles. Overall it’s good product
