I was not sure what to expect, but the bulbs are exactly what I needed to brighten my rooms! Well done!

We are in the final stage of building a new home. It has 150 recessed light cans and when we were installing we used reflective CFLs. They were ok for checking and working but was slow to warm up and give full light and the kelvin temperature gave walls a pink glow. This month, we ordered 160 of these BR30 LEDs and installed 150. Every one worked, gave the same balanced light as the rest (some lights we tested made by other sources gave different light patterns from the same type bulb and made a room with 10 cans look weird) and our colors look fantastic. We have American Clay walls and these lights make them really stand out. With the CFLs we were continuously having to replace so we are looking forward to better lifetime from these LEDs. The great part is the design was made for 65w incandescent bulbs so the total power used would have been 9,750 watts. With the CFLs we reduced that to 3,450w but now with the 65w equivalent LEDs we are at 1650 watts. So, even if I forget and leave all the lights on (family joke) we are only at 17% of design. This is our first post on this item and with the number being used, we will continue to update over the next few months to give feedback on how they do.

We replaced 32- 65 watt light bulbs. The new bulbs draw 11 watts per bulb. The old bulbs all together drew 2080 watts of power!. The new bulbs all together draw 320 watts of power. That is a savings of 1760 watts, more than a 1500watt space heater!!!!!!!!

Update: Very economical led light bulbs for can lights. These bulbs are brighter than expected, but provide a generally warm white light at 3000k. Perfect fit for BR30 lights. Runs much cooler than old incandescent bulbs. Bulb temperature is about 1/3 that of old style bulbs and around 90 F after several hours of operation.After using for a few days, I did notice that when these bulbs are dimmed they tend to flicker slightly, which is somewhat annoying. Otherwise they work fine.

They were exactly the size, color and brightness I needed. Hopefully they will last long.

Installed 29 in my house! Full range of temperatures (I like 3000K best) and high lumens for BR30 makes these put out more light than an average BR30 which is what I was looking for. Can’t speak to longevity yet but am super pleased with quality this far.

Great Deal for quality bulbs!

Purchased the 32 count box to replace all the 2700K yellowish bulbs in my house with these. Immediately saw an improvement in light quality and brightness. Although I don't have a dimmer switch in the areas that I installed them, the fact that these bulbs support dimming is a nice option that I might take advantage of. Only downside so far is that one of the bulbs failed with under 5 hours of use. Hopefully that's a one off defect and these bulbs last near their 25,000 hour rating.
