I purchased this lifter strap before hip replacement last week. I have found this to be one of the best things I have ever bought. I have another one but it does not have the two extra loops on it. Very helpful though. These are so helpful getting in & out of bed. I am short and found this to be very helpful. I felt so safe using it. Great product for all heights of patients.

I got this to help me get in the car and into bed and recliner after I had my right knee replacement. It worked great. It was stiff enough to do what I needed it to do to lift my leg. I am so glad I purchased it. A+++++

I don’t like this product because I thought it was more of a rope style & not rigid. Unfortunately, I will probably be returning it.

It is functional enough to do the job. Seems a little awkward to use.

This leg lifter came folded up which means it had to be unbent to use. This left bent wires and the wire is so thin that it cuts into your foot when you try to use it. I am waiting for instruction on how to return it.

This is a great product and well made. The foot strap has a strong wire to support the device. One end is a fabric loop, the other has the wire support in the loop. If you hold onto the wire end, it will be almost impossible to open the fabric loop to insert your foot. Use the wire end. Bend the wire enough so your foot easily slips in. Then turn it around for the other loops.The seller folds the wire several times to fit in a smaller box for shipping. I can understand that will save on their overhead. BUT, if you're limited in strength in your hands, you will not be able to unfold the wire yourself. You'll need the assistance of someone else.

Bought this for my father who recently had a double knee replacement, during those early weeks this worked excellent in helping him. He's in the high 200's and it didn't rip, tear or break.

Post knee replacement surgery, I bought this leg lifter, and it is awesome. I can specifically shape the end of it to “hook” my foot and raise it easily. Also, I have used it to attach a water bottle to my walker as I walk from room to rom. I have used the rope-y kind of leg lifter before, but the bendable and stiff quality has been unexpected and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this product.
