Ordered this for my wife since she parks downtown in a monthly paid covered parking lot space. . But, since gates stay open during working hours, people try and park there for free and actually do at times, even though signs are posted outside the gates warning. So, I ordered this sign and hung it on her parking space. It has been great so far. No issues with anyone parking there. The sign is lightweight, bright and easy to hang or post.

The sign is easy to read. I recommend having something to put it on before buying it. It's just a sign. One can read it from afar. It is also sturdy and durable. It survived rain and sunlight.
