if you often get blisters and these are ideal, because they have a inner sock which protect your skin from friction.I purchased a pair of original 1000 mile socks many years ago and found they worked great, so I decided to buy another pair.

Definitely order a size bigger as these really shrink in the wash.

Order a size UP!
I am a 42 shoe size so i bought the 40-42.5 and they are very tight and small. Sadly i have read only now the other reviews that mention this problem, and that they will shrink even further at the first wash, making them unwearable if true. Pretty disappointed considering the price!
