Excellent Baja Salt, Makes the Taste Buds Sing
This is fantastic salt with a nice brightness that makes the taste buds sing. I enjoy multiple types of salt weekly and rotate depending on the vegan dish I am making and this salt is so perfect you could just add this to a bag of dried beans and they wouldn't require anything else. I would highly recommend, It is very good quality. Thank you!

Salty, right sized for my salt grinder but insanely expensive
I don't really know how to review salt. It looks clean, tastes salty and about as gritty as other coarse sea salt i have used. The crystals are big enough to use in my salt grinder without them falling out just by handling it. So, good salt i guess. But at literally 10 times the price of an equivalent coarse sea salt from Wally, I can't possibly recommend this. Shop around. This is not a rare or exotic product. Organic? Keto? Vegan? Paleo? Gluten free? This is salt. None of those buzz words apply. No doubt it's non-GMO too

Flavorful sea salt
This sea salt is way better than This Baja sea salt is less salty than regular salt, and it is flavorful because of its high mineral content. It has a touch of sweetness and umami, and it enhances the flavor of my dish really well, and I love it! The salt grains are coarse-ground, so I don't use it in my salt grinder. I add it to soups and dishes so the grains won't remain in my dish. I'm very happy with its quality and the flavor.
