It’s all about the placement !!!!
The media could not be loaded. If you return this item or do not like it, honestly it’s all because you don’t know what you’re doing with it! This is the best purchase ever and I’ve actually got two of them! The biggest trick is to figure out how the heck to tie it to something!I will give you the best tip ever if you don’t have a giant wrought iron bed like I do then here’s a good tip. I actually strap mine to one of my exercise bikes and lay on the floor on my yoga mat and just keep pulling my body backwards.! it doesn’t really work as well on door knobs because it just seems too high I think and I don’t really have a door knob besides my front door that would hang onto it.The padding is awesome as long as you have figured out where it needs to go on your head and then you tighten the strap in the middle to help hang onto your head while you’re pulling.I have a different brand that hangs over the door, but hurts my face so badly just like all of them and this is the only one that will not hurt your face!I’m putting an example for all of you people that don’t have good reviews or have actually returned this. The photo that I’m attaching is probably not the best equipment because if I put it up higher, the whole thing will come and smash down on my face so it better be something that’s not going to tip over on your face! I only weigh 115 so the placement of this is really not going to pull down this equipment.I have pets so I don’t like cat hair on anything so I put it back in it’s little bag after I’m done each time.. . Just remember when you get it on, just keep slowly scooting your body the other direction and I can feel it all the way down my spine this way. If I had a person to be able to pull it, it would be nice as well, but this works perfectly.!!!! I can also have it in a convenient place and I will be taking it to the Physical Therapy I have to go to because another Physical Therapy is the one that suggested this.!!!!!Hope this all helps everyone and I was utterly shocked when I saw returns because I’ve had my other one for over a year and it still works great!Honestly, the manufacturing should give some more examples so this is not a returned item because I don’t know why the heck you would ever return this thing!!!!!

Quality Product
Amazing product. I’ve been injured for 6 years & new discoveries by my PM Dr. I was asked to check this product out. Nothing has worked thus far including multiple surgeries, procedures as well as epidurals. So far week two and I feel a change hoping for a positive one in a few months. I’d recommend this product.

Might just work but not great yet
The product arrived in less than 24 hours!I've been using a home made neck traction device suggested by my physical therapist (a sling made from a towel and a Thera-band) for a couple of years and with some padding it has been helpful. I was so hoping that this one, designed by a PT would function even better but I'm having trouble getting it to work. Some problems so far: the foam padding presses really hard on my cheeks, to the point of pain. Also, where I could get what I felt was "just the right stretch" with my home-made sling, I'm still struggling finding the "sweet spot" with this one. There's the pressure on my cheeks and not finding the "ahhhh" position no matter the height or angle of this device. If I can get some help with my concerns, I'm prepared to like/love it and will send another review. If not, I might have to return it.

AAAhhhhh
Trying to find a suitable door knob was the hardest thing about the whole set-up.I set this up in my "yoga room" (all-purpose room). I used an exercise mat to lay on because the floor is tile with no carpeting. Using the room door wasn't an option because I never close the door to this room. I have 3 closet doors and the knobs are actually levers with no levers or knobs on the inside. Also the doors open into the room. My solution was to slip-knot the top of the sling over the lever, put my mat at an angle and adjust the hammock so it hangs just off the mat. It was so comfortable laying there. It was like "corpse pose" at the end of yoga.I watched some videos afterwards to see how other people set up the hammock. One person put the anchored the top end in the door jamb above the middle hinge. I'll try that next time. I noticed that this same person had his head in the hammock with the rounded part on the top. I believe the rounded part goes by your nape as shown in the instruction manual.Since it's not recommended to stay suspended for more than 15 minutes at a time I'm going to set "Alexa" to give me a 15 min. timer. It's easy to just doze off in this hammock.I want to have my husband give this a try but he can't easily get on the floor or back up again. Any suggestions?

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE POOR QUALITY ⚠️ WATCH VIDEO FOR YOURSELF
The media could not be loaded. Who do we contact about pain and suffering? It worked for literally 3 tries. Then while my fiancé put his neck on it, it snapped, whacked him on top of the head. Upon inspection, there is 1 small tiny SINGLE stitch holding this together underneath the not tight plastic sleeve over that piece.I should have checked the quality…now he is upset because he has a migraine and his heads killing him. This really? For that type of elastic?!
