Update: COMBINE IT WITH VITAMIN C AND TAKE BOTH BEFORE YOU SLEEP.I first tried this before changing to a nutricost brand. Due to cost, i changed to nutricost but i really could tell the difference which worked and not. When i started using amazon brand, i felt the effects and how my skin bloomed and reduced my pimpe scars and cleared my skin. It only took 4 months, then i changed to nutricost gluta and it was such a waste of money.I am thinking of going back to this because everyone noticed my skin changes and how i looked blooming.

Haven't noticed any changes yet, except that it seems when taking them, I feel lethargic. Although, I wouldn't swear on this, it could just be that I'm just lack of sleep ha ha. Basically though, that's all I've noticed taking it.So I stopped. Got energy back.Then started again. Feeling lethargic again. Coincidence?As for taste, I can't really judge on this because I am one of those people that can't take any type of medication without eating something so I wouldn't have to taste it lol.As for its size, it is a little bigger than most capsules but for someone who doesn't like taking them, it's quite sleek and easy to swallow.Maybe I'll keep taking them and see how it goes 2-3 months from now.
