Samsung SHS-AML220 Single Deadbolts Type Mortise for SHS-H505, SHS-625, SHS-635, SHS-H705,SHS-P717 and SHS-P718

Ordered a replacement part for my shs-h505 smart lock my motor had gone bad after about 5 years of owning this this arrived in the mail took me about 15 minutes to take apart and replace plugged it in and it worked like a charm highly recommend

Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars! The piece works perfectly with SHS-P718. Also delivery was faster than anticipated.

Although there are no instructions, if you have a door that opens on the left side, just remove the plate that holds in the deadbolt and latch. Then flip the latch around the other way and put the plate back. Works like a champ! (I do wish it came with directions or there was information online, but I think that's the fault of the manufacturer.)

It is not compatible with Samsung P718 for doors closing on the left side, it originally came with latch bolt for doors closing on either side, see pictures.

I purchased this replacement part when my lock failed and would not automatically lock my door. I received this replacement part the following day. Although there was no instructions, I just started unscrewing and it was very easy to replace, instructions were not even needed. The part worked wonderfully and is actually more quiet than the original part. Very pleased with the replacement product. I recommend.

This replacement just slipped in and worked quieter than the original that died after 6 years. I bought two just in case I need it in the future and its not available after 15 years.

I buy this part for spare parts. If mine broke one day, I don't have to wait. My handle Samsung came from South Korea and I am in USA. So I'm very happy !
