Q: How does this compare to Dormosedan gel?

Big difference ..dormosedan makes them so that they can barely walk while synchill is subtle and just takes the edge off and you can still ride

Q: Can you mix this with feed?

I personally wouldn’t mix the paste with feed, my horse’s didn’t seem to like the taste at all. Maybe use the pelleted instead?

Q: would this work on pony that is hard to ferrier

SynChill Calming Gel is only designed to take the edge off and is not a replacement for tranquilizer. That being said, we've had quite a few customers use SynChill to help their horses stand for the ferrier. Every horse is different and the change in their behavior is really on a case by case basis.
