1) Shampoo hair made with Manic Panic Prepare to Dye. Apply to freshly washed dry hair 2) Empty the desired amount in the coloring bowl and apply evenly with a tint brush 3) Apply 1/2\" away from the scalp instead of applying to the scalp. Thoroughly saturates hair Comb evenly until foam is formed. 4) Cover hair with plastic cap. Leave for 30 minutes or more. 5) Rinse in cold water away from face and body until hair is virtually transparent

Obviously, all Manic Panic dyes work best on bleached hair or hair that is a faded version of your desired colour. What has worked the best for me (and mind you, I cannot speak on behalf of others) has been mixing 1 jar of Manic Panic hair dye with an equivalent amount of your favourite conditioner or deep conditioner (I switched to Wen hair care and it works brilliantly) and an 8th cup of argan oil. Then I would leave this mixture in over night and wash it out in the morning.
