Q: How do i fix the album art not showing up? it shows up in itunes and windows media player, but not on the device.

The reason why the machine does not display the cover is that the cover of your song is not in the right format, this D22 supports JPG and BMP format. and change the pixels to 512*512. Need more help please email us via oilskyservice@hotmail.com

Q: is the battery replacable by the end user?

Hello thunderhawk If you know how to do it and have a fit battery for the size of the mp3. I think you can replace the battery. But you need some suitable tools.
