Why did you wait so long? I doubt Amazon will take it back. You should have taken care of this in April.

Q: This is used. there was no cellophane around box or a gol seal. how do i know it’s the original product? not pleased.

I don't remember it having a seal but it was the right product. I ordered from Amazon Prime. I would only buy this kind of product from Amazon Prime or directly from the company.
