非常に良い品質。長く使えそうだしポケットが多く、それぞれが大きいので幅広い用途で使える。ただ、Amazonで買うのが正解かはわからない。公式のセールの時買えばより安く買えると思う

TUＭI 大きめリュック ネイビー色を購入しました。機能性や耐久性は認めていましたが黒のイメージ強く野暮ったく過去購入に至りませんでした。ネイビー色を見た瞬間、綺麗オシャレ感満載。トートバックと二つ購入となってしまいました。

品は間違いなし！ 但し、アマゾンサポートの対応が最悪でした。
さすがTUMIJapanからの正規品なので品は問題なく、かなり気にってます。サイズ感も質感も良く、長く付き合っていけそうなバックパックです。TUMI Japanの正規品での購入額も同じでしたので、今回はアマゾンにて購入しましたが、それが間違いでした。物品到着後にその梱包状況の不備や付属品の紛失や保証に関しての問い合わせに対してのアマゾンカスタマーサポートの対応が最悪です。何度も同じ質問や確認をチャットやメール、直電にて問い合わせても毎度確認中、返事待ちで一向に解決しない状態が1ヶ月も続いています。毎度、対応者が変わり、前回の対応者からの引継ぎも出来ていない状態、最悪の対応です。アマゾンは便利で使用し続けていきたいですが、今後高額品等の購入は二度としないと思います。
