This is a great device for golf swing repetition. I use it in the morning after stretching which helps wake up the muscles. I use it at night after some basic quick exercises which helps me stretch out and relax. It’s a nice device that helps with golf grip & tempo as well.

Good quality, works great but not really long enough or heavy enough to actually do what you need. The weight adjustment really doesn't work and there is no "click". I still use it now and then to loosen up but in my opinion it needs a few tweaks here and there and that is the reason for only 4 stars.

Not only is this thing great for warming up, but it's also a great teaching tool for your golf swing imo, as the heavy off-center weight seems to exaggerate and expose the flaws in your swing. Great purchase!

I use it most days for about 10 minutes. It's helped grip and swing path. Honestly helps get the old body loose as well.

I love this product! Since using this product I improved my ball striking by maintaining a perfect grip. I was able to shoot my lowest score ever (79) by improving my consistency after using this product. This proxy makes me feel confident at address to know that my grip is correct and from there I can swing freely.

This is a good tool for correcting grip issues and, for me at least, really good for warming up before a round. It's also good to just swing in the back yard or, because it's short enough, even in the house to keep the golf muscles stretched. I brought it with me the last time I played, and unknown to me, the driving range was closed. This tool was a life saver that day. I only bogyed the first hole instead of making a double.

I wear a men’s large glove and the grip on this swing trainer is too small. The end of the grip is in the middle of my palm when holding the club. If you have average sized hands or larger this product will not work for you.
