There are no gluten ingredients and I have not had issues when using it. FYI, it does not list leeks for an allergen as another person stated... it lists MILK... ie: leche. ;)

No it sprinkles out of the bottle and the taste is very good and has become a regular on my rotation purchase. Also try the black garlic with pink Himalaya salt and the black truffle sea salt all by badia.

sorry, IDK the answer to your question. I have used Badia's roasted garlic powder for years. I bought the roasted black garlic powder, not loving it. Has an unusual flavor that I find unpleasant. Tossed it.

Arrived in a soft plastic mailing envelope in the US mail. Black garlic had spilled inside the mailer. The cap was not on tight. There was no security tape around the opening. After removing the cap, the white inside security cover was partially opened with moisture marks around it. This allowed the black garlic to mess up the mailing envelope. I do not trust this at all to eat. Amazon refuses to take this product back.
