The center most tear drop is 3/4 inches x 1/2 inch. The others are slightly smaller.

Q: Is this ok to wear if you are sensitive to metals?

Hi, to answer your question, I'm gonna say no. The entire piece is metal (and a little on the heavy side). If metal generally bothers you, unless you have a viel to put under this - I thnk you won't be happy with it.
