I have used these for many months in the past and for most of them would not not leak. Recently I have seen that the diaper cotton has less cotton and especially in the middle and sides. I am getting wet urine leaking from around the legs meet diaper and it leaks out.

The item is great. Just buy it from your local store because Amazon does not deliver when they say. I have ordered this item twice, and both times they say it was delivered when it wasn't. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

I've needed these due to stress incontinence from a prolonged and very strong cough. I tried a few different options and have to say these were the best fitting. I ordered according to the size chart and the Large was perfect as a size 16-18. It also doesn't have the absurdly high cut legs or cheeky backs some other brands had. Good coverage and stretch, pretty discreet under close fitting clothes, good absorbency/protection from leaks. But they smell SOOOOO strong. I've had the package open for weeks, fanned them out a bit hoping they'd air out and lose some of the fragrance. Nope. It's a very strong floral, kinda sweet perfumy smell no matter how I store them, how long they've been out of the package, and continue to smell the entire time I'm wearing them. My skin became irritated as well after a few uses. Can't conclusively say it's because of the fragrance, but can't have helped. So disappointed I can't continue to use them because, again, it's a great fit and leak protection. I've periodically used the Always Discreet liners in the past, and while also scented, as I recall it was a very light, not too noticeable scent. This product's smell is very strong, not pleasant.
