This noodle is perhaps the best dried noodle you can find. Works well in jajangmyeon or in stir fry. Al-dente is slightly chewy, and you can also cook it until it's a soft texture.The package contains enough noodles for easily 20 servings. I cannot stress enough how good this noodle is.

This package of Oriental noodles were perfect for making Jjajang. I just think one package of noodles is too pricey.

The noodles are flat, not what what I expected, but would have been fine. However, I really don't like that there was a small tear in the package. I'm debating whether to use them anyway.

Since we’re not really able to eat out (thanks Covid-19) I’ve been trying to make semi-authentic Jajangmyeon at home. Don’t get me wrong this does not taste like the hand pulled noodles served at my favorite restaurant but it is the closest I’ve found thus far when trying to recreate the dish at home.

I bought 2 packs of this noodle, noticed that1). There is sticker on identical spots on both packs.2). This is not taste like noodle3). It is melting away in about 2 minutes, compared to 6 more minutes from Japan/Korean noodles.simply forget this buyer or any their products

I was hoping to find some noodles more suitable for making jjajangmyeon, these are more flat in structure. Didn’t make jjajangmyeon with them, but I was able to use them for some other yummy dishes. :)
