Major/Rugby is a 5-star pharmaceutical staple. Honestly, the BEST diphenhydramine (Benadryl) your going to get on the market and other store-bought tabs/caps are imported and repackaged for sale. Impeccable quality and you can't go wrong with this brand. So happy Amazon has this brand available for purchase (especially in bulk quantities) as I am very familiar with ordering Major from my wholesaler in my pharmacy practice. In my opinion, the BEST you're going to get as far as a quality product.

Price was great. It’s 1000 capsules, 25mg, not pills which I prefer. Also it’s a lot of benedryl (generic) so I gave some to my daughter, my son, my purse, etc.

Benadryl is great for sleep issues.
In England, Sominex formulation is HCl 50, the equivalent to two of these. It's very effective at getting you to sleep, without side effects. In the US HCl is not approved as a sleep aid, and there's nothing here that works as well.I'm a total worry wart, and need to read for hours before getting to sleep. Before I discovered this drug I would have at least one night a week where I barely slept. I would be a wreck at work the whole next day.One of these and I'm' out like a light very dependably, without morning grogginess. Been using these for years. My doctor thinks it's fine, as long as I don't up my dose. So far no need.I like the gel caps. So much easier to swallow. These are apparently identical to Benadryl.

Better than Benadryl
Idk why but this works faster and better. I only have to take 1 when normally I have to take 2 benadryl. I don't feel as groggy or foggy either. I use it for sleep when needed and it's amazing.
