Q: How many cups should I drink a day?

We recommend 1 cup a day for a week from 32 weeks, build up to 2 cups a day after 1 week and then 3 cups a day from 34 weeks. This can help keep you hydrated and the natural benefits of the herbs can support you. Drink 3 cups a day maximum

Q: Will raspberry leaf tea induce labour?

There is no evidence in research that red raspberry leaf will induce labour. However, it is shown to make uterine muscles contract gently, so it's worth being cautious and always checking with your midwife if you have concerns

Q: Can I drink raspberry leaf tea after I have my baby?

Raspberry leaf tea is suitable to have postpartum - it can support your body in recovery. We recommend 3 cups a day maximum
