How do you use the preset buttons? The instructions only say what they can do, not how to use them.

On my tidal and Spotify apps, there was a button to do this when I’m on the same wifi. I think you might need to hit the 3 dots beside the playlist to find it. But the open to assign it to a shortcut on the remote was there.

Can it find files in my jriver media center?

The Wiim Pro shows as a player in JRiver using the DLNA protocol. You can play to it using JRiver. As for playing files that JRiver sees, I think you should as long as those files are exposed to the network.

Is there a microphone built into the remote control?

Yes in fact it has an Alexa ability. I had problems getting it to sync until I went into settings and did it through them. I am really getting to love it but am still finding about the other settings available.
