Q: Any way to adjust for lux on and off?

These are photoelectric cells. There is no adjustment

Q: Why is it not rated for LED bulbs?

The photocell's function is simply to turn on power to the transformer at dusk and off at dawn. Bulb type is not a factor with photocell but make sure the transformer is compatible with LED.

Q: Will this control a 120v led light that has a very low wattage (2 watts)? i know some dusk-to-dawn light controllers have problems controlling these.

I believe it will. Look at the spec, I believe it does. I would not try it on any "dimmable" lights. I am pretty certain that the Photo cell allows only an On or Off circuit.

Q: What is the warranty on these lights?

Not sure on the warranty, but I installed one on a LED light, and it acted like a strobe light. It would come on at night then go off for 10 seconds, come back on and go off again. This repeated constantly throughout the night. I replaced the entire light with a factory light with a built in sensor. Would not recommend buying these
