Effective, but foul to take.
While I can’t argue that they do what I wanted them to (namely ease digestive issues/bloating/constipation) these are HORRIBLE to take - they are large, angular & powdery, frequently falling apart at the back of my tongue/throat before I can even swallow them, leaving a sour taste & a pile of awful residue.. I will NOT be buying again.

Not helpful
Found them difficult to swallow and highly irritant to the stomach, causing reflux and a burning sensation in the oesophagus. Made my digestion worse, rather than better. Husband tried them too with the same result; so they went in the bin.

Amazing!
Got these for my fella as he has chronic pancreatitis, hoping they would help with his digestion. They have been a life saver for him! He takes these along with his other med's and they have reduced his pain and his stomach isn't as bloated. Would highly recommend for anyone with digestive problems.
