Great supplement to go with my other vitamins

This is my third order of Nature Made CoQ10 -200mg. from Amazon. 200 mg. are difficult to find in retail stores. Been taking these regularly for 20 years as suggested by one of my physicians. Ordering from Amazon has been without any difficulty. Delivery time week to ten days and price is reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing a source for this supplement.

Prices for CoQ10 have been dropping recently. I used to see them in the CVS for $50 for 90 pills. Not anymore. Not sure why. These coated orange pills go down smooth and I definitely notice a slight difference in my appearance. At first I thought it was the Cetaphil I was moisturizing with at night, but I was getting too many, "You look like you have been getting good rest." "You look good!" and "Your skin seems to glow." compliments for it just to be my night time face routine.Ever since my Bro died of a heart attack last year I have been taking these after breakfast and after about a month of taking these felt my stress level tick down a bit and after about 6 months I can definitely fee l the difference in my overall health. I still eat the same, still not exercising, but I feel good!Great value for the money for your overall health.

Overall a good value I think, but the number of capsules per bottle has dropped from 140 to 105 :-(Product use by date is ~3 years out which is nice.Why is soybean oil needed as an ingredient?I'm guessing its a "filler" but wish they could use something other than a seed oil.
