Used These For A DIY Speaker Strap
These fit through the lock holes on a DIY speaker build that I needed a shoulder strap for. I love Nite Ize and can't recommend them even as a company enough. One of these clips (heavy duty plastic) can hold up to 25 lbs. The metal ones are rated over 3 times that amount, but these are light and quiet. It totally depends on your case use, but totally grateful there was a plastic version of the S Biner.

jury is out
Thinking I was replacing the lost metal one, I mistakenly bought the plastic ones. Seemingly they should be fine, so I gave a 4 star rating. If this is not valid I shall update.

Great Plastic biners and better than metal
It’s been hard to find these plastic biners, most stores carry the metal ones now. These are sturdy, don’t scratch stuff they are attached to or rub against, lightweight, don’t make annoying metal clangy noise. Much prefer plastic to metal for most purposes. The only downside is they run thicker than their metal size counterpart.

Easy to use, very lightweight
Just clip and go. They work well and are super lightweight. That's about all you really need to know.

Buy more than you think
I use Niteize products daily and can’t imagine how I organized or did outdoor activities without them! I find that I always end up leaving a camping site or an outing with a few less as I always loan them out to friends to help them solve an issue with hanging items or tying ropes or strapping down items!

Excellent for just about anything
Good for all kinds of stuff. I put them around the steel headrest supports in my car to carry a lunch bag, water bottle, bike helmet, electronics bag, etc. This reduces clutter in the car and keeps things within easy reach.
