Remote works with Samsung UN75NU6950FXZA
This review is for the 3rd party vendor's make of the Samsung UHD simple remote that came with some of the TVs out on the market. Remote came in white box labeled RM-L1350. I think this one is similar to the BN59-01260A remote, but for half the price.Remote was purchased because I've been spoiled from years of using the simple & intuitive remote that came with my Roku. We upgraded our TV this past Black Friday to a Samsung 75" UHD Smart TV (UN75NU6950FXZA), and was immediately put off by all the buttons on the remote that came with the TV. Historically, 99% of the TV/Roku usage at the house has been moving from one app to another, and as a result we primarily used the navigation button on the remote. Roku realized this during the design portion of their product, and made the remote simple, easy to use, and made the navigation predominant front and center on their remote (yellow remote in picture). Samsung decided to go a different route, fill their remote with WAY more buttons than what was actually needed, and moved the navigation buttons to the bottom of the remote (center remote in picture).Hunting for a different style or remote to use, I saw several folks comment on various Amazon reviews that different Samsung remote, like BN59-01260A, will also work with other TVs, you just had to research to see if it will worked, or purchase one to try it for yourself. So instead of spending upwards of $50 for a Samsung OEM remote that night not work, I decided to gamble with this remote. My decision was also influenced by other reviews stating that this remote worked on the same/similar model TV.Well, this remote WORKS for my Samsung UN75NU6950FXZA model TV. ALL the buttons on the remote work exactly as their floating text boxes picture advertises. My wife and I are happy with the simpler remote, it offers all the functionality we primarily used, with a more ergonomic design, and a lot less buttons to deal with. The old remote can be put away until I need to do something in the some menu setting this remote can navigate to. Also, having two toddlers in the house, wife recommended I get the silicone slip cover to give our remotes a fighting chance. That's the blue thing around the remote in the picture. All that being said, I'm giving this remote a solid 4.5 stars. There's two reasons for the .5 demerit, the first is the buttons on the remote are a bit stiff. The buttons work fine, it’s just not as smooth as the OEM remote. Second reason is the overall build quality. Taking a part that back cover to insert the batteries, it almost felt like I was about to break the plastic. I didn't, but the plastic on this remote definitely feels more flimsy compared to the OEM remote. This could be a long term issue (toddlers/kids/pets in the house), so I would recommend purchasing a cover for the remote. That way, when the remote is eventually dropped onto our tile floors, there will be a soft layer of cushioning between it and floor.I would have no issues purchasing another one of these remote from this manufacturer, or recommending it to someone who might have similar desire to back to simpler TV remote times.

Decent replacement for the original Samsung remote
This remote worked fine when we lost our remote. The volume buttons are plastic and not metal like the original so they did not work as smoothly. Luckily, we eventually found the original. But for the price this is a great backup for the next time we lose the original remote.

Works Just As Good As The Original Remote
Ordered yesterday, received today - gotta love Amazon delivery. Remote looks like original Samsung remote, but feels like cheap plastic. Durability cannot be determined, since i just received it, however works great. All tv control functions work with no hesitation. I have the Samsung 75 inch UHD series 8 smart tv. Read other reviews claiming this remote was not worth buying. For me, it works great and I have no complaints. The cost was minimal compared to a new factory remote. Glad I made the purchase.

Works perfectly despite questionable packaging.
I didn't even refer to the TV instructions. I think I have a UN65NU8000FXZA, so a 65" 4K TV. My old control has crossed the country with us. Unfortunately it found its way under my gaming PC and got a little squished, which trashed the volume and channel controls. The new control is very similar to the old one, but has a black back instead of silver. From what I remembered the instructions for registering the remote to the TV were to point it at the TV and press the power button. The TV came on. That's it. Everything works.

Don't Buy!!! Save your money!
Arrived with zero instructions and in a black plastic bag. Googled how to pair the remote got it hooked up after a few minutes. No LED indicator on the remote so no way to know if the batteries were even working. Pushed buttons and nothing was happening.... Until the menu popped up... Woot! It was connected... Yes but didn't matter one in every 10 presses would do anything at all and only if I was within 1-2 feet of the TV. Changed the brand new batteries I had just put in the remote in hopes maybe I had a battery issue... Nope it was the remote. Basically doesn't work well enough to use even to turn the volume up and down. Save your money and find a better remote elsewhere. I will say for 10 bucks it was worth a try. Also I noticed other people's pictures it came in a white box mine may have come from a different vendor?

Cheap alternative. Works as advertised with some caveats. Samsung UN60KU6300FXZA. (60in 4k SmartTV)
**Update** (Photos: Original on right, replacement on left) Great Value for a replacement remote. Used with Samsung UN60KU6300FXZA. AKA 60in 4k Smart TV. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SAMSUNG ORIGINAL FACTORY PRODUCT. This is an aftermarket re-production, but works as advertised. Range is not as good as Original, and physical objects block it's connection to TV. Volume up button is a little numb, but still works fine. Battery door was rubbing the battery so I had to shave down two spots on it. No big deal, it took about 2 minutes with a straight Razer. No setup required. Sycned automatically and all buttons work as expected. I would reccomend as a low low cost replacement.
