It helped my husband with his back pain. Very good a little small, but very good.

It's a great product, I've been using it for over 20 years. This is the first time I bought it on Amazon though. This specific item is very small. It's like 3 or 4 uses and then it's gone. It's not a trick that it's small, this is just the very very small version. Look for the one that comes in a small glass jar and it lasts much longer.

This item is sooooo small- smaller than a nickel that my old cramped hands couldn’t even open it. Absolute waste of money. If it had been photographed in perspective instead of the magnified and misleading picture, I never would have purchased. Many products come in tins that are about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and the photo gave that impression. This is less than an inch and so tiny I can’t even imagine why anyone would buy it. I was mislead and tried to return it, but it is not eligible for return.

They only give you nickel size amount for the price, but it works well. Has a strong minty type smell.

I have been having migraine issues again after a couple of months of no migraines, so in desperation, I did a web search of how to combat migraines by trying anything within reason that is safe. I read an article from The Daily Beast about using Tiger Balm White (TBW) for migraines, so I thought I would give it a shot.The same day I the TBW was delivered I started getting of a migraine. I rubbed it on my forehead, my temples, and under my nose. It really does work, my migraine lessened to almost nothing! It's not totally woo woo - camphor and menthol are topical analgesics and the TBW has the highest concentration of camphor and menthol you can get over the counter here in the United States.Slather on as much TBW as you wish, but a little bit goes a long way! Totally recommended!

This size is good for trial. The blue one is a water bottle cap to check the size. It's very tiny. I put this on my temple when I had a headache and it worked. The lid is not shut properly. Balm was melted and leaked at a high temperature in the box. So I don't recommend carrying this one in summer.

The small tin is fabulous to carry with you and not worry about breaking glass. The white version of Tiger Balm is not as strong, but you can refill it. Nice for headaches and nausea.
