The foam was deeply creased because the mat had been folded for shipment. It took nearly 6 weeks (!) for the deeply-set crease to recover.While I'm disappointed at how the product was shipped/how it arrived, the bottom line is the image really is cool.The foam cushion feels good under foot.After more than 6 weeks, the foam recovered from the deep creases due to how it had been folded for shipment.I liked it enough to go ahead and order a 2nd one. This one came much faster. Still folded. However, the creases aren't nearly as deep.

This rug is well made, great color, and the image stands out nicely. This was a great touch to my son's dorm room.

I did not use this as a bath mat, but rather I put it under my kitchen sink. It's big and "cushie." And the penguins keep me smiling.

This rug is adorable, and along with the matching shower curtain, brightens up the whole bathroom. However, it is NOT slip proof at all. It slides all over the place and as is, it is not suitable for elderly people. I did buy rug slip prevention strips and it solved the problem. It seems to get very dirty, very quickly, so I'm not sure how long it will last. I would have given it five stars because I really think it's so cute. It always makes me smile. I would recommend it if you put the non-slip strips on it. Otherwise, is it not safe. It was advertised as having an "anti-slip" backing. Shame on you Ambesonne! My roommate almost fell several times.

Love this Matt. Super good quality. Would totally recommend.FYI. Walmart sells a very similar mat (white one in pictures) for $16.99. The Walmart version is approximately the same width but is shorter in length. The vibrancy of the image is way better on the Walmart one but the quality of the mat is way better on the one from Amazon.The Amazon one is more plush and the backing is world's better than the one from Walmart. It also took two weeks to receive the Walmart one. In the end, I personally like the Amazon one better for every day use because it is more plush. But if no one is going to step on your Walmart mat, and all you need it for is for pictures, the Walmart one is the way to go.
