Very hard to assemble, directions are confusing with the pictures. Too expensive for what you get. Unaware it wasn’t advised for surfboards 10’ long. Too late to return. No help from manufacturer to assemble. Worst purchase

These guys are awesome!!! There was a screw missing on the shipment and they responded within 10 minutes of sending them an email on a Sunday. They have phenomenal customer service. Shipped my replacement part next day. Just built the rack and its incredible. Amazing quality and looks great. A definite buy!

This was easy to put together in spite of the rather minimal directions. What wasn't on the directions was intuitive. I had expected something a little sturdier, but I think it will work fine. Price seemed a little high for the construction. Not sure how long it will last. It does what we needed it to do - holds 4 large surfboards well.

Great! Exactly what I needed. There is very confusing assembly instructions. If you have no skills it will be alittle difficult for you. The company should make it alittle better to undertand the instructions but it works great exactly as pictured.

Be careful regarding assembly. The moment you accidentally put one piece in the wrong place and have to disassemble it the wood cracks. No room for error. Also, it would be nice to have more of those foam pads. I went to home depot and bought them separately.

This rack is not worth $5. Have had multiple boards fall randomly without being touched. Invest properly in a board rack and stay away from this junk.
