I love sprirulina. I ended up using the powder a lot whilst living in a vegan ashram in India. I don't do well on high grain and low protein so I ended up buying huge bagsof this stuff to provide some protein with eah meal. The powder does have a taste though and makes your teeth green haha.I find these tablets great! I have been using them whilst I have been juicing to help speed up the detoxing process. They help stabilise blood sugar and taking these between meals (ahem juices) has helped me from going insane with hunger. They do help me to feel a little more full. Spirulina is also said to have probiotic properties and since I have been on Gaps to try and rectify leaky gut these are helpful now I'm on the other side to help repopulate my gut whilst providing an antioxidant.These are really good value for money. The pot is larger than I expected which was a real nice surprise.Highly recommended

Very good spiruline, i do consume spiruline for quite long time and i’ve seent this mix with chlorella so i said ,,why not” . No bad odours, easy swallowing, overall goodUPDATE : i’ve noticed that these capsule provoked me a constipation. After about 2 weeks felt bloating feelings and constipation. I’ve stopped consuming them as i was suspecting them but wasn’t sure.After about 3-4 days felt good again and started to consume them again, bloating and constipation returned. Now i’m sure that these are side effects of these capsules.I’ve consumed different types of spirulina in the past but never had such a experience before
