My plants arrived quickly and in great shape. They were packaged well for the trip in a box along with material to keep the plan't from bending or the soil from coming out of the small pots. They were almost root bound but in a good way since it made it easy for transplanting. I just loosened the roots a little and I was done. They were very healthy on arrival and are growing well.My picture 6/11/2020 shows them in 3 quart pots which is fine but they'll grow bigger if put in the ground or in larger pots. Last year with only 1 plant in the same size pot, I ended up with 30 peppers. The heat was closer to a Ghost Pepper but growing conditions may have contributed to that. Regardless, they were plenty hot.Note: I say be careful because the peppers are really hot and should be handled with extreme care. Scorpion peppers can be over 2 million Scoville units. Keep them away from pets and children. Getting even the oil from the peppers on your skin can cause burning.

this is a plant. nice size starter. came well boxed. the roots are well developed. im happy so far. lets see how much pepper it can grow.

Product arrived safely, well packaged minimal damage to plants. Waiting a few days to transfer into a larger pot while plants acclimate to local weather. So far really excited, previous shipment from different company did not fair well and died a 2 days after transfer into larger pot. Fingers crossed...Plants now in shock from climate change presumably...

I had 2 Ghost pepper plants and a Carolina Reaper plant that were damaged or not potted correctly and I called and left a mail message on Amazon relating the issue to the seller. I immediately was contacted by the seller via message on Amazon and simply put they asked for pictures and once I provided them they immediate shipped replacements. The replacements were bigger and healthier looking than the originals were. Very easy to deal with the seller and zero push back from them. Happy to see a warranty be a warranty without hassle. Very pleased!

The shipping was fast and the plants even came with a free lemongrass plant. The plants were packaged well but the lemongrass container was placed on top of one of the plants and appeared to be shoved into the box so it would fit. That's all fine but the lemongrass pot caused some damage to one of the plants (as seen in the first photo).. that I'm hoping it can recover from . Other than that the plant without the lemongrass attached is perfectly healthy and is producing lots of peppers. Will most likely purchase more plants from the seller. 3 stars only because of the damaged plant.. easily a 5 star product if the lemongrass hadn't crushed the plantEdit: this review should not deter anyone from making a purchase from clovers garden, the plants and the pods are gorgeous and are most likely the best amazon has to offer.

The packaging and plants looked AMAZING!!! For comparison I have enclosed a snapshot of the pepper plants I ordered from the California Seed company that arrived the same day. Theirs were not only smaller by far but they had tape and plastic around the roots which did not come in pots; unlike CLOVER ☘️ GARDENS!!!The last snapshot is from California Seed Company. I’m not going to leave a bad review on their Amazon page ; but like 👍 I said for comparison CLOVER ☘️ GARDENS IS THE BOMB. I’m a first time / now forever customer!!!

Plants were infested with aphids upon arrival. Leaves were full of holes and very yellow. As an experienced grower of super hots, I was most displeased with the purchase. I’ll stick with pepper joes from now on. Only reason I bought from here is PJs was out of stock of this variety at the time and I wanted a planting date of about the same time for all my varieties. Late frost killed only my Scorpions and one chocolate ghost plant. All my plants I started from seed were aphid free and so was the replacement ghost plant I got from PJs. These scorpions were infested and even though I caught it immediately upon unboxing and quarantined them in an incubation greenhouse, they spread to the rest of my plants and I’m still fighting to gain control. Unless you want aphids, don’t buy from here!

These came speedily, and the packaging of the plants were fantastic. As you can see from the picture these were healthy beautiful pepper plants. Highly recommend. Great job.
