This is a product you don't know until you know. These little things break over time and then it becomes a pain when the buckle drops to the floor. We acquired another vehicle and these were broken, first thing wife said was these have to be fixed. This little kit comes with everything. The buttons are easy to squeeze together. I would purchase this again or recommend it to anyone.

Seems to work well. A little difficult to install, but overall works and designed great.

I recently purchased a used 2003 Ford Ranger and although this truck was in incredibly nice condition, for some reason the little button that stops the seat belt buckle from sliding to the floor, was missing on the seat belt portion that hangs from your shoulder area..The first few days that I owned the truck, I would get so frustrated with having to open the door every time I had to retrieve the buckle so I could fasten my seat belt. The buckle would slide to the floor with the little button missing and end up wedged between the floor and the seat.I had no idea that this Seat Belt Button Buckle Clip Stop was available. I thought I just had to live with a defective seat belt. So I started searching and to my amazement, I found this inexpensive kit and it even came with an awl (or pointy device to poke a hole in the seat belt for the new button).I ordered it, and within 10 minutes of receiving this kit in the mail, I had my frustrations relieved and a new Seat Belt Button Buckle Clip Stop installed.These buttons are a 2-Piece configuration. All you do is poke a hole in the seat belt that hangs from your shoulder area, and insert the male end of the button through the belt and snap on the other side of the button - then squeeze them together (I gently used a pair of plyers to squeeze the 2 parts of the button together) . Much like a snap on a shirt or pants. EASY !If you are missing your Seat Belt Button Buckle Clip Stop on ANY CAR, I highly recommend this little kit. The price is perfect and it will save you a ton of frustrations by taking a few minutes to order and install a new button so that you are not fishing around on the floor to find the seat belt buckle that usually gets wedged between the seat and the floor if no button is on the belt to stop the buckle from falling to the floor.If my review helped you in understanding this little product, please vote to let me know.

Worked well. Good replacement for something that you take for granted when an OEM one pops off or the seatbelt doesn't come with one.The tool is cheap, but worked. I would recommend getting a small pick set if you had to do multiple seatbelts.

When my dealer parts man told me the only way I could fix my missing seat belt buckle stop was to buy a new seat belt for well over $600.00 I did some due diligence I found this gem. $5.00 bucks including a installation tool got the job done. Looks like new and plenty of stop buttons left in reserve. Happy camper would buy again in a micro secondUpdate;Notice some folks are having problems installing this product. Important to use provided tool to make sure the male cap can cleanly penetrate the belt. Use your thumbs to push the belt into the male cap and finish the installation of the female cap with a cloth covered pliers if you have weak thumbs. If you do this I think you will be happy with the product. Hope this is helpful advice.

The seat belt stoppers are exactly as described. A shiny surface and are well made.Installation is very simple and is complete in less than a minute. Make a small hole using the provided awl and snap the stopper into place!Works just as described and highly recommend.

Bought something similar from an auto parts store and it wouldn't secure. This did, installed easier, and looks like an OEM product.

I purchased this Y-Axis 5 x Seat Belt Button Buckle Clip Stop - Universal Fit Stopper Kit Black (5 Sets) from the seller Mr-Security for the price of $6.49 and it was shipped by Amazon.I had a seatbelt in the back that was missing it's clip stop and after much groaning from my daughter I picked this up to fix it. Wish I had done it sooner. I didn't realize how inexpensive or easy this would be.I found the original spot based on the outline of the previous clip stop button and poked the hole through with the pokey thing. I had to really work at it a bit to spread it out, and even then the hole on the button didn't go through right away and I used my nail to push the fibers aside enough to get it through. Then you push the two together and while I didn't hear a snap or anything, when I tried to pull them apart it wouldn't budge. Super easy and really improved quality of life.
