Delicious guava paste. High quality. Not overly sweet which is what I was looking for in a guava paste. Very dense. My only critique was that it stayed pretty firm even after baking in pastry; I was used to other brands softening up more. Maybe due to the lower sugar content? Still happy with product and would buy again.

Good paste. The Guava cheesecake turned out great. You need to soften the paste before adding it to the cheese mixture. I cut it thinly and put it in a saute pan, added a little bit of hot water and lemon, heated it, and broke it down with a wooden spoon. 1 pack was enough for 3 packs of cream cheese, but add more if you need more intense guava flavor. Adjust sugar accordingly.

it tastes similar to the ones my mom would buy in dominican republic, good quality, but this one is made w/ cane sugar instead which is ideal for me. delicious but i wish it was softer

Product is great but stayed on the truck too long and it made it leak out of the original packaging.

I was craving some guava and cheese pastries, but could not find guava paste at my local stores. Amazon to the rescue! This paste was easy to work with and tasted really great. I have used some for pastries and some in a pound cake. I will order again!
