USA Pans are simply the best. I’m so excited to upgrade my old pan to this new one with the handle too makes it perfectly portable. USA Pans do not stick or warp. Worth every penny. I’m slowly upgrading all my bakeware over to their products.

The pan is great...but the lid is absolutely unacceptable and worthless! It does not fasten as it should. A big disappointment as far as the lid is concerned. Seeing as there are several reviews pointing this out over and over and over again, the maker should fix the issue. After all, they are charging plenty!

I only bake occasionally but this pan makes me feel like a pro. It’s really well made, sturdy, easy to clean and makes great brownies and northern style corn bread. I’m a big fan of USA Pan.

Just buy the square pan without a lid if you want this pan. I haven't tried it yet but it seems to be well constructed.The lid is a different story. It doesn't fit on the pan in both directions so it's not square, the "latches" dont actually latch so it wont attach to the pan, and the handle is attached to the inside of the lid which leaves openings in the top so it doesn't keep any air out anyway. Lid is a complete waste of time and money, just get the square pan.I saw the reviews and thought i'd take a chance, if the lid was at all decent it would be convenient to have but it's 100% not usable.

Even cooking, easy cleaning, easy serving. What is not to like. Do realize that silicone knives (not metal ones) work best when cutting.

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews about the lid, as mine doesn't fit either! For $30, I would hope they could develop a lid that fits!

Rather disappointed with the quality of the product as the cover could not be closed properly due to misalignment . Hope something can be done about the shoddy quality as I had bought it for the cover .
