Great dumbbell rod set and an absolute bargain at the price!
This set of dumbbell rods is by far the best you can find within this price range. The rods are long enough to fit at least 3 plates on each side. The locking screws are designed to be easy to turn and as such are really user friendly. Thank you Protoner team. Highly recommended!

Poor product
Poor product. Cons:1. Appears to be hollow very light aluminium tods2. The 2 fasteners are made up of light plastic3. The grooves are very shallow so they won't hold plates well4. Rods don't fit the plates well.Pros:1. The grip thickness is good.

OK product
Given its price money, its a OK product to say the least. It can easily hold upto 30KGs weight and has the thick and firm grip. But the BIGGEST disappointment is its plastic locks. They work good initially when new, but as your usage of dumbbells' increases, the locks become loose and doesn't fit the rod . So, max. you can use it for 2-3months.

Worth the Price
The product is good with a nice grip. The quality of good is also good but the only problem is bolt are made up of plastic but quality of plastic is fine let see how it works.

Not Suitable for the Beginners & Intermediate.
The Quality of the product is perfect, Package & Delivery is perfect.This product is not suitable for beginners, in this 15inch you can place two/ three plates easily on the either side. 14inch rods were also available in amazon, Beginners & Intermediate people can try that good.Even though its bigger for the single plate on the either side, the quality of product makes me to retain the product.

If you don't have time for gym
Good and very durable. I got this from sell at 200 rs. Price changes but this is very good product . Think about your health and buy this. I don't have time to go gym so this is very good instrument for the chest, bisep s, triceps and shoulder exercise.

This can cause injuries
The threading on these rods is not good. The plastic nuts don't fit well in both dumbbells and one should not use these as they can cause accidental injuries. Do not buy. Buy better quality ones
